WHIP
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup mango pulp
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tsp jaggery (more for extra sweetness)
FREEZE
- Pour mixture in the ice cream mould
- Freeze for 8 hours
- Run under water for 30 seconds to remove easily
TIPS
- Use cold coconut cream
- Whip using hand mixer
- Keep the mixing bowl cold for better results
- Whip coconut cream first till peak forms and then add other ingredients
- Use frozen mango to make pulp for better results
- Dates can replace jaggery for even higher nutrition
- Puree dates with mango
