  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1/4 cup Moong dal

  • 1/4 cup Chopped carrot

Preparation

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Moong dal/mung bean
  • 1 Capsicum, Onion, Tomato
  • 2 tsp Grated ginger

Procedure

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Jowar (sorghum)
  • ⅓ cup tapioca flour
  • ½ cup cooked oat

  • 4 Multigrain bread/ Brown bread
  • 1 Cup gram flour
  • 2 tsp carrom seeds
