How to perform?
- Make the child Sit or stand comfortably in a quiet environment where they will not be disturbed.
- Ask them to raise both their arms just above the shoulder.
- Now tell them to flicker each fingertip with the thumb one by one, starting from the index finger to the little finger with both hands.
- Tell them to focus on their breath while doing the exercise.
- Continue doing it for one minute initially and gradually increase the time up to 5 minutes a day.
