Hunt The Rabbit
How to perform hunt the rabbit:
- Find a place to make the child sit comfortably without distractions.
- Now, instruct the child to raise both palms to the height of their face. Palms facing towards the child.
- Tell them to make fists with both hands.
- Now make a rabbit (V-shaped) by sticking out index and middle finger out of one fist.
- And make a gun to hunt the rabbit by taking out the thumb and pointing the index finger towards the above rabbit.
- Tell the child to focus and keep interchanging the rabbit and gun between both hands.
- Let them continue for a minute and then slowly increase the duration as they become fast with practice.
- Do it two-three times a day, for maximum benefit.
