I have been giving this spread for the past few days and can see some positive changes in my daughter's concentration levels. Plus, she eats it happily. Will definitely recommend this product.

It has been difficult for me to feed nuts and seeds to my kids everyday despite of knowing their benefits for various health problems. This product has made my life easier as I don't have to run after my kids to feed them. And the price is also very reasonable. Overall a great product!!
